To enhance security and ensure all users are running the latest software with up-to-date security fixes, Insuresoft is requiring an upgrade to the Cisco AnyConnect VPN client. Keeping software current reduces vulnerabilities and minimizes security risks.

On March 27 at 3:00 PM CST, the vpn.diamondasaservice.com VPN will enforce this upgrade requirement. Users connecting to the VPN must be running Cisco AnyConnect version 5.1.6.103 or newer. If an older version is detected, the user will be prompted to download and install version 5.1.6.103. This installation will require a reboot.

If a user is already connected at 3:00 PM CST, they will not be prompted for the upgrade until they disconnect and attempt to reconnect.

To minimize disruption, IT teams and users are encouraged to proactively upgrade before the enforcement date using the links below:
